Tonbridge and Malling Local Plan Public Consultations

TMBC Local Plan

Following the decision of Full Council on 12th September the public consultation exercise on the Local Plan, required by Regulation 19 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Plans)(England) Regulations 2012 will commence on Monday 1st October for a period of 6 weeks closing at 4pm on 12th November.

All details, including copies of the relevant documents and information on how to respond are available at www.tmbc.gov.uk/services/planning-and-development/planning/planning-local-plans. There will also be a press release, alerts on social media and hard copies of the documents will be available to view at borough libraries and the Council’s offices at Kings Hill and Tonbridge Castle.
