The Parish Council shares the concerns recently expressed to us by residents regarding works taking place at the ancient woodland adjacent to the Jet Garage.

The Parish Council has been in regular contact with Planning Enforcement at T&MBC.  An Enforcement Notice was served on 20 October 2022 and comes into effect on 18 November 2022 should there be no appeal lodged.The Owners will have seven days to comply with the terms of the Notice.

The Enforcement Notice is for an alleged breach of planning control for an unauthorised change of use of the land for the storage of hardcore and for the creation of a roadway. The Parish Council has also reported their concerns to the Forestry Commission who have visited the site and have written a report.
