TMBC Local Plan Update

T&MBC is expecting the Planning Inspectorate to reject the Local Plan.  If this is the case they will appeal to the Secretary of the State.

The Parish Council is concerned that if the Local Plan has to be amended and resubmitted it would need to address the revised Government forecasts for housing which would mean more new houses are needed in the area.  Members are concerned about the effect this would have on the infrastructure.
